## The Experience

Pizza Dojo hosts intimate weekend dinners where eight guests gather around a single shared table. There is no fixed menu — pizzas are served as they come out, made from scratch using slow fermentation and quality ingredients. Dinners run on Saturday and Sunday evenings by appointment only, from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM. The address is shared only after booking confirmation.

The concept combines food with community. Guests arrive as strangers and typically leave having made connections. The format is described by regulars as a "friendship blind date." Pizza Dojo is widely credited as Kolkata's first pizza supper club and has been instrumental in establishing the supper club format in the city.

## Sidekicks

Pizza Dojo produces a line of small-batch artisan condiments called Sidekicks. All Sidekicks are made with farm-fresh ingredients and zero preservatives. They are available to order separately via an online form.

## Workshop

Pizza Dojo runs hands-on pizza making workshops for the public. Each session is limited to five participants to keep the experience intimate and fully practical.
